I built my own service business to six figures, but at one point I was working 50 to 60-hour weeks and had created something that depended far too heavily on me. Today, that same business takes around two hours of my time each week.

My background is in commercial financial modelling, and I've advised businesses from early-stage companies through to businesses generating more than £1 million in revenue. My approach is simple: remove the unnecessary complexity, focus on what actually matters, and build a business that can work without you at the centre of it.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me in the Cotswolds with my husband and two whippets, preferably with a glass of rosé in hand and a trip to Italy on the horizon.
