1. About these terms
This website (lucygordon.com) is operated by Lucy Gordon & Co Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16893261, whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ ("we", "us", "our").
These terms apply to your use of this website, and to any paid or free programme, course, session, download, workshop, or other offer available on it (together, "the Programmes"). We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you buy a Programme is the one that applies to you.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing this website, or buying a Programme, you agree to these terms.
3. Your information
When you buy a Programme, you'll need to give us accurate, current information (name, email, payment details). It's your responsibility to keep this up to date.
4. Your obligations
You agree to use this website and any Programme lawfully, and not to share your login details or let anyone else access a Programme using your account. You won't use the Programmes to spam, solicit, or advertise to other members. We can suspend or remove your access if you break these terms.
5. Purchasing a Programme
Payment is taken through Stripe. You're responsible for any fees your bank charges for a failed or declined payment.
6. Payment plans
Where a payment plan is offered, instalments are interest-free and due on the dates set out at checkout. If an instalment isn't paid when due, the remaining balance of the Programme fee becomes immediately due and payable.
7. Access and licence to Programme materials
Once you've bought a Programme, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access it for your own use. You may not share your login, resell, or redistribute any Programme content.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, under UK consumer law. However, if you access a Programme online, whether that's a training portal, downloadable materials, or a live session, your right to cancel is removed and no longer applies.
Unless otherwise specified, our Programmes aren't a subscription or membership. Choosing a payment plan means spreading the cost of the full Programme across instalments, not paying for ongoing access month by month. You cannot cancel a payment plan partway through a Programme; the remaining balance is still owed (see Payment plans, above).
9. Group coaching and community conduct
Where a Programme includes group calls or a community space, you agree to behave respectfully towards other members, not to harass or spam anyone, and not to share other members' personal information or business details outside the group. We may remove access for anyone who breaches this.
10. No guaranteed results
We'll deliver each Programme in good faith and to a good standard, but we can't guarantee specific results, income, or time savings for your business. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including how a Programme is implemented.
11. Disclaimer
The Programmes provide business mentoring and general guidance. They aren't financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and you should get independent professional advice on those matters where relevant to your business. You're responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take as a result of a Programme.
12. Intellectual property
All Programme materials, training content, and website content belong to Lucy Gordon & Co Limited. Your licence to use them is for your own business only, not for republishing, teaching to others, or commercial resale.
13. User-generated content
If you share a testimonial, review, case study, photo, or video with us, whether directly, through a survey, on social media, or in a Programme community, you give us a royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing, on this website, and on social media. You confirm that you own it, or have the right to share it, and that us using it as described here won't infringe anyone else's rights.
14. Mailing list
You can opt in to our mailing list to receive updates and content by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Beyond that, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a Programme is capped at the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profits or business opportunities).
16. Third-party services
A Programme may reference or link to third-party tools and services (for example, Stripe or GoHighLevel). We're not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.
17. Indemnity
You agree to cover any reasonable costs or claims we face as a result of you breaking these terms, or misusing a Programme or this website.
18. Privacy
Our separate privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal data.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
20. General
These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Programmes. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
