I'm Lucy Gordon, a business coach helping service business owners generate sustainable income while decreasing their working hours by 1 day a week.
My background is in commercial financial modelling, and over the past seven years I've built and run my own service business while advising others generating £1m+ in revenue. I don't correlate time with revenue – working more doesn't mean making more, and working less doesn't mean making less. I want to understand what's actually driving your results, remove what isn't, and build the systems and revenue model that let the business perform without you at the centre of it.

Who is this for?
Service business owners who want more predictable income without everything depending on them. That might mean you've already built something successful that takes up too much of your time, or you're setting up after leaving a corporate career and want to build it right from the start. Either way, the method adapts to where you're starting from.
What's the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2?
Both give you the full six months: weekly group coaching, the training portal, the curriculum and 1:1 support Monday-Friday. Tier 2 adds Slack support and six 1:1 calls with me, for more direct, personalised strategy along the way.
Is this a course I complete on my own, or is it coaching?
This isn't a course you work through alone. I see the same handful of issues come up again and again across the service business owners I work with, which is why you get an online curriculum built around the Scale to Freedom Method™, so you can start implementing what works straight away, alongside weekly group coaching and 1:1 support to personalise it to your business and help you exactly where you need it.
Do I need to already have a team to delegate to?
No. Founder Independence, the second phase of the method, covers exactly how to work out what to hand off and who to hand it to, including where AI can help, so this works whether you're already managing people or doing everything yourself right now.
What tools or software do I need to get started?
Nothing specific. Inside the portal you'll find a tech hub of the tools and subscriptions I use and recommend, both free and paid, so you can choose what actually fits your business rather than being locked into anything.
When does the programme start?
You can join the programme at any time but please note that, as the programme is brand new some of the online materials will be drip-fed into the portal over the first couple of weeks.
How is this different from other business coaching?
Most coaching either pushes you to grow bigger, or focuses purely on strategy without ever getting into the detail of your actual business. This is built around a different goal: the same or better results, with significantly less of your time. It's not about adding more to your plate.
