How the day works
The Strategy Day is designed to create space for clear thinking, focused conversation, and meaningful progress.
Before the session, you’ll complete a short questionnaire to help frame the day and ensure we start in the right place. This allows us to move quickly into the areas that matter most, rather than spending time on background.
We spend the day working through your priorities in a structured but flexible way. Some conversations will be strategic and analytical, others more reflective. The pace adapts as clarity emerges, allowing us to go deeper where needed and move on when decisions are clear.
Midway through the day, we break for a relaxed lunch - a chance to re-energise, continue the conversation in a less formal setting, and allow ideas to settle. Often, this is where unexpected insights surface.
After lunch, we bring the thinking together. Decisions are refined, priorities are set, and next steps are made clear. The aim is not to cover everything, but to focus on what will make the greatest difference.
Following the Strategy Day, you’ll have 14 days of Voxer support to help you implement decisions, sense-check next steps, and maintain momentum as you move forward. If booking a Team Strategy Day, you'll also have two follow up calls: 1 and 3 months after your Strategy Day.
