Hi, I'm Lucy

For 6 years I ran a successful real estate consultancy - at least I thought it was successful because I was turning over 6-figures each year and had a steady stream of inbound clients. But I was deeply unhappy, stressed, burning out every year, and working harder than I ever did before.

I realised I didn’t want to spend most of my time doing work I didn’t enjoy, no matter how well it paid - so I made a change. I restructured my business around the parts I genuinely enjoyed - working with people, teaching, and helping others develop their skills. I stepped away from the consultancy work and focused on training instead.

Today, that business generates consistent income in a fraction of the time I was previously working. (Less than 5 hours per week to be precise).

Now I help other entrepreneurs break free from the hustle and grind, and create profitable businesses that support their dream lives. All my advice and guidance is personalised to my clients and specific to their personal and professional goals.

The MOMENTUM mastermind will give you access to all my business advice, mentoring, and experience so that you can run a successful and sustainable lifestyle business of your own.

How MOMENTUM works

Each MOMENTUM cohort is carefully curated by me to make sure each member has the same aims, is at the same level, and is going to bring a new skill or perspective to the group.

Over 12 weeks, we will focus on strengthening your offer suite to fit together in a cohesive ecosystem, attracting and nurturing more of your ideal clients, and refining your business in an scalable way.

Through the group setting you’ll get access to more perspectives - people who understand the highs and lows of business, and can share their real life experiences. You’ll grow alongside the other MOMENTUM members, and walk away with new relationships.

What is a peer-to-peer mastermind?

A mastermind is where a group of people come together to achieve goals, solve problems, and accelerate personal or professional growth.. A peer-to-peer mastermind is where everyone in the group is at a similar level and looking to achieve similar goals.

Do I get any 1:1 calls with you as part of the mastermind?

All of the calls within the standard mastermind package are group calls, however you can upgrade to VIP which includes monthly 1:1s with me for an additional £1,000.

When does the mastermind start?

The next round of MOMENTUM is summer 2026. We meet every week for 12 weeks.

Call dates and times will be confirmed when you join so that we can find a time that best suits everyone

Why do I have to book a call with you to join?

I carefully curate the master group to make sure we are happy to work together and that everyone in the group compliments each other and brings different experiences and perspectives to the room. Therefore I have “right fit” calls with you before joining to find out more about you.

What kind of results can I expect from the mastermind?

Individual results vary depending on how much time and effort you put into the programme. All of my support and advice is personalised to your business and your life based on proven methodologies and experiences, and I am 100% committed to supporting you every step of the way.

I haven’t got a business yet - is this right for me?

This is aimed at people who already have established businesses and are looking to refine them. However, in some circumstances I may consider someone who is in the process of launching their business.
