My approach

The DREAM Framework© is my method for helping ambitious professionals move from living by default to living by design.

Together we work through five stages:

  • Define your vision of success based on your internal standards, not external expectations.

  • Reflect on where you are today across work, money, mindset and life.

  • Elevate your strategy, systems, and structure.

  • Act with clarity and intention to move towards your goals.

  • Maintain momentum through consistency, review, and iteration.

Why me?

After years climbing the corporate ladder and building a successful consultancy, I realised that all that version of my life left me, was burnt out, anxious, and secretly wondering, what’s the point? That question became the turning point that changed everything.

I began redefining what success meant for me and gradually redesigned my life around what actually mattered. The DREAM Framework© was developed from that experience. My background in financial forecasting means that I understand numbers, systems, and commercial reality. I also understand the pressure of expectation, the weight of responsibility, and the silent dissatisfaction that can sit beneath external success.

My work combines strategic thinking with honest conversation, helping you make decisions that genuinely improve your life.

Because success isn’t about endlessly chasing more - it’s about knowing what is enough for you.

How the coaching works

Our work together begins with a 90-minute breakthrough session where we laser focus on the specific problems you want to address or the goals you want to achieve. We explore what’s holding you back from making the changes you want and together we identify and work on the resolutions to get you there.

By the end of the session we identify clear next steps and a direction forward. From there, the following weeks are about implementing those changes with support and accountability.

I know how difficult it can be to prioritise your own goals - especially when work, family, and responsibilities compete for your attention. That’s why I stay alongside you throughout the process.

Month 1:

  • 90-minute breakthrough session

  • 30-minute accountability coaching session

Month 2 onwards:

  • 60-minute accountability coaching session

  • 30-minute accountability coaching session

What else is included:

  • Ongoing Voxer support - me in your pocket every day

  • Access to FOCUS - a weekly accountability membership

At the end of our time together we have a 30-minute review and reflection session setting you up to confidently continue everything we have achieved together, on your own.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you know that you want to make an impactful change in your life or business but you don’t know where to start or keep putting it off, then you are exactly who this coaching programme is designed for.

How do I know if you are the right person to support me?

I’ve been where you are - stuck, frustrated, and burnt out - and I’ve worked through a lot to get myself to where I am today.

My background in finance and business means I approach coaching with a practical mindset. I focus on what will genuinely move things forward, not abstract ideas or motivation.

My role is to support you, challenge you when needed, and help you make decisions that align with the life you want to build.

What does the support look like?

In addition to our scheduled coaching sessions, you have access to me via Voxer - a private messaging app - for questions, reflections, or decisions that come up between calls.

What happens after the initial commitment period?

At the end of the three months we have a review session where we reflect on your progress and map out your next steps. If you want to continue working together then I would absolutely love that - we can discuss options on the call.
